How can I order a piece I saw on your Instagram page?
We offer so many custom options that not every Instagram outfit is listed on the website. If you fall in love with a design on our feed, send us a DM, text or email — all our contact details are in our Instagram bio.
When can I expect my order to ship?
- In-stock suits: shipped within 24 hours. If you need something within 3–4 days, look at our Instagram highlight “In Stock Suits” — alterations are free on in-stock picks.
- Made-to-order outfits: around 4–5 weeks to craft, stitch and finish.
- Custom designs: around one month to complete from scratch.
We email a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you charge extra for plus sizing?
Not at all. We celebrate all body types and believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful in traditional wear. Custom sizing is offered for every shape and size with zero extra charges or hidden fees.

If you are not sure how to take your measurements, send us a message and we will reply with a simple step-by-step video guide. Keep in mind our team tailors strictly to the numbers provided, so we are not liable for fit differences caused by natural body changes later on.
What if I put the wrong shipping information?
Reach out as soon as possible. In-stock items go out within 24 hours, so telling us right away helps us correct the details before your package leaves. Once an item has shipped to the address provided, we are unable to offer refunds or reroutes.
How do customs, duties and taxes work?
For international orders, local customs fees and import taxes are set by your government and are the buyer’s responsibility. Policies vary by destination, so check with your local customs office for specific rates.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Because every garment is custom-tailored, made to order, or carefully inspected before it leaves the shop, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Custom cancellations: if you cancel a custom order before completion, a flat $50 fee is non-refundable, to account for the work already invested in your piece.
Will my suit look identical to the photo online?
Every item is crafted and dyed by hand, so subtle variations in fabric shade, dye lot or gotta trim can happen. Screen settings also affect how colours appear. This handmade nature is what makes each piece unique.
