It is the client’s responsibility to read our terms and policies before ordering.
Custom outfit process
- Deposit & payment: all custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance paid in full before shipping.
- Cancellation fee: if a custom order is cancelled, a flat $50 fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied as store credit. This covers the time our team has already spent on the order.
Sizing, measurements & body changes
- Customer responsibility: measurements and sizing choices are the responsibility of the client. Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order.
- Body changes & fit: outfits are tailored precisely to the measurements provided at the time of order. Because custom tailoring takes time, Riti Punjabi Boutique cannot be held responsible for fit variations caused by natural body changes — weight fluctuation, health changes or posture — occurring after measurements are submitted or while the piece is being made.
- Need help measuring? We are always happy to help. Contact us and we will send a detailed video walkthrough and guide you through it.
Handmade variations & colour
- Handmade differences: every piece is made individually by hand, so there may be minor variations in dye colour or gotta work.
- Colour on screen: screen settings and photography lighting can alter how shades appear. Riti Punjabi Boutique is not responsible for minor colour or handwork discrepancies.
Quality check before shipping
A quality check is carried out on every piece before it ships, to confirm there are no loose threads and that the fit matches the measurements provided.
All sales are final
Every item is made to order, custom-crafted, or strictly quality-checked before dispatch. Because of the personal, boutique nature of our clothing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Plus sizing
We offer inclusive custom sizing for every shape and size with no extra charge for plus-size orders. Every body gets the same fair pricing.
