Ready-to-ship & in-stock outfits
Standard, in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Need an outfit urgently?
Need something within 3–4 days? Contact us and we will show you our in-stock collection, also shown on our Instagram story highlight “In Stock Suits.” Alterations are complimentary on in-stock orders.
Made-to-order outfits
Made-to-order, customized and pre-order outfits require 4–5 weeks for crafting, stitching and finishing before dispatch.
Custom orders
Turnaround on a fully custom order is approximately one month.
Shipping rates
- United States & Canada — orders over $199: free shipping.
- United States & Canada — orders under $199: a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout.
- Rest of the world: international shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on country and postal code.
Order tracking & delivery
Once your parcel leaves us, a tracking number is sent to your registered email or phone number.
- Domestic orders: generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International express: generally arrives within 5–7 business days via DHL, FedEx or Aramex.
Please keep an eye on your delivery updates — we cannot be responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, any local customs duty, import tariff or destination tax is the responsibility of the customer. Our courier partners will help clear your package through customs, but any charges assessed must be settled before final delivery. Customs policies vary by destination, so please check with your local customs office for specific rates.
